We do! If you want to use one of our notaries just make sure all owners listed on the property are present with their ID’s.

Please call ahead of time to make sure our notary will be at the office.

We accept exact cash, check, or credit card (with a processing fee).

Once your agreement has been signed and notarized by all owners of the property, the original agreement then needs to be brought into our office for a couple more signatures, to pay the $400 fee, and be recorded with the county.

We will need an email address to send the agreement to with instructions for properly filling it out and having it notarized.

Septic tank permits are issued by Southwest Utah Public Health Department. You can find an application checklist on their website. Part of that checklist refers to “county-specific requirements” which will be fulfilled by completing our septic agreement and paying a $400 septic agreement fee to Ash Creek.
